Anthyllis vulneraria

Kidney vetch: A short to medium height plant, this hardy perennial vetch can fix nitrogen, so it can spread well in ultra-low nutrient substrates. Yellow to orange flowers from June to September. Provides food for a number of beetles and moth larvae and is the sole food plant for the caterpillar of the small blue butterfly.
